Xerspace has been tasked with creating a one-of-a-kind private residence in the UK. This home exemplifies the various options that Xerspace can incorporate in private home construction. Our current build is a perfect example of our alternative approaches, whether it’s a brand-new build like this one, or updates and extensions.
A private exercise suite was a requirement for our sporty client, and nothing beats a soothing rest in a Swedish sauna after a workout in the private fitness suite, followed by a relaxing swim in the modern indoor swimming pool. Our client desired a place to practice golf and share his passion for the game. There’s a no better place to do it than in his golf simulator and bar or outdoor putting green. After a long day, a solarium with a hot tub is a terrific way to relax in the evening. The solarium gives a fantastic view of the football/padel tennis court and outdoor dining area.
This concept also benefits from sustainable green energy solutions, meaning that as well as reducing its carbon footprint, this build is almost fully self-sustainable through generating its own green renewable energy, leading to substantially reduced energy costs.
